Middle-man by nature, not median.
We provide our credit and structure recommendations to you at no cost — yes you heard us correctly. It’s not just out of the goodness of our hearts (although the outcome definitely is), but out of necessity from the banks. By acting as an intermediary between you and the lenders, we are able to gain a commission from the applicable bank or lending institution.
Does that mean we are biased in our decisions or influenced by certain lenders? Not ever. When we help you find the deal that best suits your needs, we are not only saving you time and money but the lender, too. We execute most of the legwork that would otherwise need to be completed by the lender, hence we are paid fairly for that labour. This intermediary approach is effective for all parties; as the lenders benefit by gaining new business and reducing staff cost, and our clients benefit by experiencing expert services that compare hundreds of opportunities, secure loans, and have all paperwork and process executed in the meantime.
It is important to note that the commission we receive from the financial institution will be fully disclosed to you in a formal contract, and in no way does this result in you paying higher rates of interest. In most cases, it’s often the opposite result; based on the ‘buying power’ we are able to offer amongst lenders.
We are fully committed to recommending products and lenders that are best suited to your needs and objectives, and no figure could ever influence our integrity.
